Welcome to Pest Animal Middlesex County! We are a wildlife removal company servicing Middlesex County, MA. Our family run business can help you do a great number of things in both residential and commercial properties. We will sanitize and clean up attics after a bat colony has moved in, and then moved out again ... at our hands. We can also remove animals that dig holes in your lawn, and those that die in the depths of your home. The majority of the calls we receive are from homeowners hearing a scuffling noise in their walls or in the attic, or smelling a bad odor. We're on hand for exactly these jobs, and not only will we locate that animal, we will also locate any holes the animal had used to gain entrance. Our 32-point home inspection system allows us to work with exclusion devices to get the animals out, and then seal them out. They then can't get back in again, and neither can any other wild animal. Your home is safe from little furry invaders, and all for a great price. You'll notice that our service comes with very competitive prices, and a friendly service too. About Pest Animal Middlesex County and Our Services:
The Middlesex County beaver is one of the most well-known animals on earth. Their reputation as prodigious damn builders is the stuff
of legends, and cartoons and movies have made them quite popular with kids and adults alike. That is because they are
usually shown as wonderful, sweet creatures that are always on the side of good, like in the Lion, the Witch and the
Wardrobe. The truth is that this is not the case at all. Beavers can be a bit of a nuisance, especially if you have
nice trees around your property that they find perfect for building dams and lodges. You may find that this is simply
not a visitor you want making themselves at home on your Massachusetts land.
There is also the concern that if the beavers construct a dam they could do damage to your property in other ways. They
could cause flooding which could get onto your Massachusetts property. If you have a farm or garden that can be wiped out by the flooding,
thus ruining your land. There is also the concern of water getting into your home, especially the basement, which is a real
possibility. These may seem like cute cuddly creatures, but you may not be able to afford to have them around.
If you are looking to get rid of these Middlesex County creatures, there are a few things you can do. But before we get into the lethal ones,
let's look at some alternatives first. One of the best options available is the beaver trap. These traps simply close when
the beaver walks on it, and the critter is unable to get out. All you have to do is take it somewhere else, open the trap,
which is easy to do, and let it go. You want to be really careful about this however. These are creatures that will do what
they need to so that they can protect themselves. They will bite and claw at you, and you probably don't want to transport
them in your car either. They will release their waste as a defense mechanism, and they are messy. You don't want that in
your car for sure.
If you have caught one and need to have it removed, talk to animal control. Many local governments offer free service to
remove these Massachusetts animals, and it makes much more sense to have them worried about this than you. There are also repellants
that you can buy or make homemade, but these have some limitations to their effectiveness. If you have a property large
enough for a pond or river then you would need a lot of repellant to do the job, and that may not be cost effective.
Some choose the option of buying predator urine. There are natural predators to Middlesex County beavers and you can buy wolf, bear, or
coyote urine to lay out. This will scare the beaver off, and may also scare off a bunch of other pests you don't really
want. It may also scare off your friends and family as well, who may find the smell a little too pungent for them. This
works but has its drawbacks as well.
